At Hyvnd Industries, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure the quality and compliance of all products we deliver. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines our terms for addressing refund and return requests for both international and domestic transactions.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all transactions with Hyvnd Industries, covering exports, imports, and domestic deliveries. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Sampling and Agreement
- Sample Policy: Clients may request samples to evaluate product quality. A nominal sample fee applies and is non-refundable. (Samples are Chargable.)
- Agreement Confirmation and Invoice Acknowledgment: The client’s confirmation of the agreement and receipt of the invoice signifies acceptance of the product’s quality and quantity. Once confirmed, no refunds will be processed. Full-scale order processing begins only after written agreement and sample approval by the client.
3. Factory Visits
- Visit Option: We encourage clients to visit our facilities for inspections before placing a full payment.
- Pre-Visit Scheduling: Prior appointments are required for factory visits.
4. Payment Terms and Refund Eligibility
- Partial Payments: Advance payments made to confirm orders are non-refundable once the order is processed.
- Final Payments: Refunds on the balance amount will be considered only if the order has not entered production or shipping stages.
- Customized Products: Refunds are not applicable for customized or bespoke orders once production begins.
5. Delivery and Quality Assurance
- Inspection on Delivery: Clients must inspect products upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 7 days.
- Defective Products: Refunds or replacements will only be processed for proven manufacturing defects prior to dispatch.
- Export Compliance: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by customs, regulatory approvals, or other export compliance processes.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not entered production or shipping stages.
- Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value applies to cover administrative expenses.
7. Refund Processing
- Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
- Currency Exchange: International refunds will reflect currency exchange variations, which are not covered by Hyvnd Industries.
8. Returns Policy
8.1 Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery for eligibility.
- For international orders, issues must be substantiated by a certified SGS inspection report conducted at the port of arrival.
- For domestic orders, clients must inspect the goods upon receipt and notify Hyvnd Industries immediately of any defects or damages.
8.2 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Goods with opened or tampered packaging.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Items where prior written agreement and sample approvals have been provided by the client.
8.3 Return Shipping Costs:
- Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect or damage is proven to be the fault of Hyvnd Industries.
- For international orders, clients must coordinate return logistics in compliance with the terms outlined in the Refunds and Returns Policy.
- Domestic returns must be accompanied by proof of damage or defect reported at the time of delivery.
We advise clients to verify products thoroughly upon delivery and follow the outlined procedures to ensure a seamless resolution for return-related issues.
9. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
- International Orders: Governed by applicable export-import regulations and international trade laws.
- Domestic Orders: Governed by Indian Contract Act, 1872, and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
10. Exceptions
Refunds Are Not Applicable For:

Force Majeure Events:
Refunds will not be issued for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:- Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
- Pandemics or public health emergencies.
- Political unrest, strikes, or acts of war.

Post-Delivery Requests:
- International Orders: Refund requests made after the product has been dispatched and loaded onto a cargo ship or cargo freight will not be considered. Clients must provide prior written intimation if any changes or cancellations are required before the product leaves Hyvnd Industries’ factory.
- Domestic Orders: Refund requests will not be entertained once the product is dispatched from Hyvnd Industries’ factory. Clients are advised to thoroughly verify the product before it leaves the premises.

Inspection Requirements:
- For international orders, only a certified SGS Inspection Report conducted at the port of arrival will be accepted for refund claims related to product quality or defects.
- For domestic orders, buyers are responsible for verifying the product’s quality and condition at the factory prior to dispatch.
These measures ensure clarity and fairness in our refund process while aligning with international and domestic trade practices.
